6 small meals everyday...turkey breast sandwich, boil eggs, pastas, chicken breast
drink a lot of water...

my ultimate weapon...my bench press ( why i choose to do weight training at home is,
i will waste hours on the road to get to a gym n i will have much more privacy at my own home.) lack of facilities but i must make do what ever material i would find at home...
